Meridian.fx is a trading platform. Funds held on the platform are real, and trades and figures reflect your actual account activity. Use of the platform is subject to these terms.
2. Eligibility & account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that appear to be abusive, automated, or fraudulent.
3. No financial advice
Content on this platform is informational only and is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Automated trading strategies carry substantial risk, including the total loss of allocated capital.
4. Allocations & requests
Deposits and withdrawals are submitted as requests and reviewed by our desk before settlement. Approval is not guaranteed. Approved requests move real funds to or from your account in accordance with our processing timelines.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the platform, or to use it to violate any law. Rate limits and other protections apply.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and may change or be discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform.
